The action of EIA is related to the amino acid cysteine with active sulfhydryl groups (SH-groups) [3, 5].
In studies of the pathogenetic mechanisms of the terminal stage of acute leukemia due to the emergence of tumor cell subclines resistant to standard therapy, a disregard for the regulation of the immune system is not paid enough attention. In this connection, the study of EIA of serum immunoglobulins of class M in patients with acute leukemia and its relationship to the efficacy of therapy is of undoubted interest.
